1.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to products purchased via www.colorealm.com or placed through Social Media, or offline on phone or chat or through our Customer Service Team which are all assets of Art&Craft with PRATIMA, company owning and operating www.colorealm.com

1.2. PLEASE READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS OR AVAILING ANY SERVICES ON ANY ASSET OF COLOREALM. ANY PURCHASE MADE BY YOU THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR THROUGH ANY OTHER ASSET SHALL SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SUPPLY TERMS AND YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE SAME. IN ADDITION TO THE FOREGOING, YOU SHALL ALSO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE, PRIVACY POLICY, TERMS BY THE VENDOR OR ADDITIONAL TERMS OF SERVICE WHICH ARE DISPLAYED WITH THE SELECTION OF THE PRODUCT, IF ANY ("ADDITIONAL TERMS"). 2.1. The websites are a platform that facilitate the online sale and purchase of merchandise and services ("Services") offered by third party vendors and service providers ("Vendor/s"). Title to the merchandise (“Products”) will pass directly from the Vendors to you.

2.2. colorealm.com has the right to change or discontinue any service at any time, without notice. Colorealm.com may add or modify the procedures, modes, processes or conditions of purchase at any time. Colorealm.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any aspect of the services.

3. PRODUCT

3.1. colorealm.com enables the sale of a variety of products. Shipping for all the products on the website shall be per the company's policy, which may be changed by Colorealm.com from time to time.

3.2. In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team on +919924591117 (9AM-9PM) or write to us on support@colorealm.com. Damage will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced or other corrective measure may be taken to address the issue

3.3 Incase the product is out of stock, our Customer Service Team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be raised. For paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account. The money will reflect on your card or in your bank account within 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised. For Cash On Delivery (COD) payments, there will be no refund given as no payment was received by us.

4. SERVICES

4.1. You should take all responsibility for your own actions in utilizing the products purchased by you; Colorealm.com shall not be liable for any such action.

4.2. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in India.

4.3. Colorealm.com shall not be responsible for any deficiency in payment of consideration payable towards the products purchased on the website.

5. PRICING INFORMATION

5.1. The pricing information relating to the product shall be as disclosed to you at the time of your purchase.

5.2. Colorealm.com does not guarantee that the price will be the lowest in the city, region or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice or any consequential liability to you.

5.3. While Colorealm.com strives to provide accurate information relating to products, services including pricing information, typographical and other errors may occur. In the event that a product or service is listed with incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, Colorealm.com may, at its discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Colorealm.com will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions via the e-mail address provided by you at the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If Colorealm.com cancels the order after the payment has been processed, the entire amount will be remitted to your account from which the payment was made.

6. CREDIT CARD DETAILS

You might be required to provide your credit or debit card details to the approved payment gateways while making the payment. In this regard you agree to provide correct and accurate credit/debit card details to the approved payment gateways for availing services on the website. You shall not use the credit/debit card that is not lawfully owned by you. 7. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

Your shipping address and pin code will be verified with the database of Colorealm.com before you proceed to pay for your purchase. If your order is not serviceable by delivery partners, vendors, or your location is not covered by us, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our delivery partner’s/vendor’s delivery list. If there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the products or services for the area not covered by Colorealm.com, we will not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the product. In case you book multiple orders for the products and services in one transaction, efforts will be made to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Art&Craft with PRATIMA from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by Art&Craft with PRATIMA that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you pursuant to these supply terms or any additional terms applicable to the purchase of products.

In no event shall Art&Craft with PRATIMA and its officers, directors, employees, partners or vendors be liable to you, the vendor or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not foreseeable or whether or not Art&Craft with PRATIMA has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tortious action, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase of the products and services herein. Notwithstanding anything to contrary, Art&Craft with PRATIMA entire liability to you under this Terms of Offer For Sale or otherwise shall be the refund of the money charged from you, under which the unlikely liability arises.

12. GOVERNING LAW

12.1. These Terms & Conditions and the relationship between you and Art&Craft with PRATIMA shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles.

12.2. All claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation to the Terms & Conditions or any transactions entered into on or through the website or the relationship between you and Art&Craft with PRATIMA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi and you hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.

13. GENERAL TERMS FOR OFFERS, PROMOTIONS, CONTESTS

13.1. Colorealm.com shall introduce various offers, promotions, contests from time to time. The terms and conditions for these shall be separately called out and Colorealm.com reserves right to change/ modify/ add/ delete any of terms and conditions on such contests or promotions at its discretion at any time without prior intimation.

13.2. While participating in such contests/ promotions, you hereby agree to release and hold Colorealm.com harmless from any claims or demand.

13.3. Winners to contests will be decided by the team at Colorealm.com and Colorealm.com is not obliged or required to disclose the mechanism of the same.

13.4. Colorealm.com reserves the right to vary any of the terms and conditions of the contest and the decision of Colorealm.com shall be valid and binding on the contestants.

13.5. All personal information collected, in the course of this contest shall be kept confidential. Colorealm.com shall use such information for communicating various marketing and promotional activities, subject to the contestant’s choice to receive such communications, while entering the contest.

13.6. The participant's profile must be public. Entries from private profiles can't be viewed and therefore will be considered invalid.

13.7. If @Colorealm regrams or shares any participants photo that does not mean that participant is a winner. A participant will only be considered a winner once Colorealm.com explicitly declares the same.

13.8. Entries being featured on Colorealm.com's instagram handle and facebook page are entirely up to the discretion of Colorealm.com and third party agency/agencies.

13.9. If any entry is found to have abusive and profane language, or an attempt to attack the integrity, personality of any individual or an entity or where there is any attempt to harass any individual or entity or doing/having anything which in our view is demeaning or derogatory, such entry shall stand disqualified and or deleted from the contest and content.

13.10. All other terms and conditions on the website www.Colorealm.com, not in conflict with these terms and conditions, shall prevail.

13.11. All dispute based on this contest is subject to arbitration and jurisdiction of all such dispute shall be within the Courts of Ankleshwar,Gujarat.

14. PRIORITY SHIPPING

14.1. This is a service at an additional costs - costs vary based on the product and the pin-code where its needs to be shipped

Cancellations Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

Our return policy is very flexible and customer friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms -

• A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation
• If you identify quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
• If the product is received in a damaged condition.

Breakages

In the case of breakage and any transit damage, please send a picture of the product via Whatsapp to any of the numbers mentioned below and it will be taken care of immediately.

Please consider these points: We will be requiring the original packaging with any foam and cushioning inside for its safe return journey of the product even if it is broken for our reference purpose.

Cancellation

As an organization, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason writes to us at support@colorealm.com or reaches us at the following number within 24 hours of ordering and we will be happy to assist you

NOTE: Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return if there is non-acceptance. For COD orders, COLOREALM reserves the right to deny future orders.

For our products which are hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our patrons to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually - the variations add uniqueness to each product.

For all the orders above Rs.20000, we may ask for a good faith prepayment of 25% of the total amount of the invoice.

Return Process

1. Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product, Manufacturing defect & incorrect product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at support@colorealm.com or at +91 9924591117 (10AM - 9PM) to initiate a return.
2. Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images on support@colorealm from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.
3. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the product is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.
4. Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or repaired.

Points to remember - Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.  The product should be unused and in the original condition. You will be asked to print 3 documents to be provided to the logistics company representative who comes for the pickup.

Refunds

In case of any refunds approved by our team, the process will be initiated within 15 to 20 days of the approval decision. Refunds will be processed within 15 to 20 days to the original method of payment used during the purchase. Please note that charges, fees, duties, taxes, levies applied to the ticket are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

2. Shipping Rates and Methods: We offer standard shipping via reputable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.

3. Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.

4. International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdeliveries. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Shipping Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse orders or adjust shipping methods for any reason, including but not limited to shipping to remote areas or locations deemed unsafe for delivery.
